Home Command Center1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of Home Command Center ("HCC," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using HCC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Household accounts and responsibilities
HCC is designed around households. A Parent/Admin may invite or create access for other household members and is responsible for managing household permissions, keeping account credentials secure, and deciding what information is appropriate to add or share. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
3. Family use
Children should use HCC only with parent or guardian involvement. A parent or guardian is responsible for creating or supervising child profiles and deciding which HCC features are appropriate for their household.
4. Not an emergency, medical, or professional service
HCC provides organizational tools. Medication reminders, family location, arrival alerts, weather or pet-walk estimates, household suggestions, and similar features are not substitutes for emergency services, medical advice, pharmacy instructions, veterinary advice, professional safety guidance, or direct supervision. Do not rely on HCC when immediate action or professional judgment is required.
5. Third-party services and integrations
Some HCC features may connect to or open services operated by third parties, such as Microsoft, calendar providers, retailers, Alexa, mapping or weather services, and other integrations. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. HCC is not responsible for a third party's availability, accuracy, policies, or actions.
6. Shopping, prices, promotions, and affiliate relationships
Shopping information is provided for convenience. Retailer prices, inventory, promotions, eligibility, and product details can change at any time and should be confirmed with the retailer before purchase. HCC may use approved affiliate links and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases when an affiliate relationship is active. The presence of a retailer link does not by itself mean HCC is endorsed by or formally partnered with that retailer.
7. Your content
You retain responsibility for information, images, documents, messages, and other content you add or connect to HCC. You give HCC permission to process that content as needed to provide the features you request. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use HCC to violate law, infringe another person's rights, access another household without authorization, interfere with service operation, distribute malware, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or reverse engineer restricted portions of the service, or use the service for deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
9. Availability and evolving features
HCC is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed, tested, limited, or discontinued. Integrations can be affected by third-party changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every notification, synchronization, recommendation, price, location update, or connected-service action will arrive at a particular time.
10. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, HCC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or error-free service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HCC and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, third-party services, missed notifications, inaccurate third-party information, or unauthorized account access. This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as HCC develops. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
